Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and rk444 ("rk444", "the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://rk444.cam. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the rk444 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must immediately cease using the platform.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the rk444 platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of deposited funds, credited bonus funds, and settled winnings held in a Player's Account, less any withdrawals and losses.
• "Bonus Funds" means non-cashable promotional credits awarded to a Player subject to wagering requirements as detailed in Section 7.
• "Platform" means the rk444 website at https://rk444.cam, including all associated sub-pages, mobile interfaces, and applications.
• "Real Money Funds" means deposits made by a Player using actual currency that form the cashable portion of the Account Balance.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked across eligible games before any resulting winnings become withdrawable.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification procedures required under our responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering obligations.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the reference time zone used throughout this Agreement for scheduling, cut-off times, and customer service hours.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to the rk444 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you warrant and represent that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the Player is found to be under the minimum age. Any winnings generated by underage Players will be forfeited.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

The rk444 Platform is operated and marketed with primary focus on Indonesian players. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming does not violate any applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your specific location. We make no representation that the Platform is lawful in all territories.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual Player is permitted to hold one Account only. Creation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, payment methods, IP addresses, or devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Balances held therein.

2.4 Personal Use Only

Accounts are for personal use exclusively. Accounts held on behalf of third parties, syndicates, businesses, or any non-human entity are not permitted. You may not transfer, sell, or otherwise assign your Account or any funds held within it to another party.

3. Account Registration

To register an Account on rk444, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian mobile telephone number, and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration data and must promptly update any information that changes by contacting our support team.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. rk444 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain adequate security. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

rk444 operates a comprehensive Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedure to comply with responsible gaming standards and anti-money-laundering obligations. KYC verification is mandatory prior to processing any withdrawal request and may be required at other times at our discretion.

To complete KYC, you must provide clear, unobstructed copies of the following documents:

• A valid Indonesian government-issued photo identification (Kartu Tanda Penduduk / KTP) showing your full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• A recent selfie photograph of you holding your KTP and a handwritten note bearing the current date and the word "rk444".
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a bank statement or screenshot showing your name and account number matching registration details).

We reserve the right to request additional documentation, including proof of address or source of funds, particularly for high-value transactions. KYC verification is typically completed within 10 business minutes during WIB business hours. Until verification is complete, withdrawal requests will remain in a pending state.

5. Deposits

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

rk444 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: bank transfers to rk444-designated accounts at BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and Bank Permata; and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10,000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification tier.

5.2 Deposit Processing

All deposits are subject to instant or near-instant credit to your Account Balance upon confirmation of receipt. Processing times are dependent on the payment method used and the sending bank's inter-bank clearing schedule. rk444 does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which rk444 accepts no responsibility.

5.3 Third-Party Deposits

Deposits must be made only from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party bank accounts or e-wallets not matching your registered KYC details will be reversed, and the Account may be suspended pending investigation. Any bank transfer fees incurred during reversal will be deducted from the returned amount.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 General Conditions

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a method pre-approved during KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Withdrawals are only available once full KYC verification is complete.

6.2 Processing Times

rk444 processes withdrawal requests on an automated basis. The target processing time for verified Accounts is under 5 minutes from the time of request submission, subject to system availability and banking clearing schedules. rk444 does not guarantee processing times for requests submitted during national bank maintenance windows or Indonesian public holidays.

6.3 Bonus Funds and Withdrawals

Bonus Funds themselves are not withdrawable. Only winnings generated after the applicable Wagering Requirement has been satisfied in full may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw before satisfying wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds and any winnings attributed to them.

6.4 Withdrawal Limits

Standard Accounts are subject to a maximum single withdrawal of Rp 50,000,000 per transaction. VIP-tier Accounts are subject to individually negotiated limits as communicated by their assigned Account Manager. rk444 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large withdrawal requests, which may extend processing time.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by rk444 are subject to the general terms set out in this Section as well as any specific terms communicated at the time of each offer. In the event of a conflict, specific offer terms take precedence over this Section.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all bonus credits awarded by rk444 carry a Wagering Requirement of 30 times (30x) the bonus amount and must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to the Account. Failure to satisfy the Wagering Requirement within the validity period will result in automatic forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.

7.3 Game Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally toward Wagering Requirement completion. As a general guide:

• Slot games: 100% contribution
• Live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack): 10% contribution
• Table games (RNG variants): 10% contribution
• Sports betting: 20% contribution (pre-match single bets only)
• Sports mix parlay bets: 25% contribution
• All other games: 0% contribution unless otherwise specified

rk444 reserves the right to modify game contribution rates for future bonus offers with appropriate notice.

7.4 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

While a Bonus is active on your Account, the maximum permissible bet or stake per game round or betting event is Rp 50,000. Bets exceeding this limit during active bonus play may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings.

7.5 Abuse Prevention

rk444 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer and to void any winnings generated through bonus abuse, collusion, or other unfair advantage-seeking behaviors. "Bonus abuse" includes, without limitation, the use of multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, systematic low-risk wagering patterns designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay risk, and any strategy that provides a mathematical advantage over the Wagering Requirement.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on the rk444 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market as published in the Help and Rules section of the Platform. rk444 reserves the right to void, suspend, or cancel any bet in the event of manifest error, technical failure, suspicious betting patterns, or where the integrity of a sporting event is in doubt. Bets on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and other supported competitions are settled in accordance with official results as published by the relevant governing bodies.

8.2 Asian Handicap and Accumulator Rules

Asian handicap markets (known locally as voor bola, meaning the handicap given to the favored team) are settled based on the full-time score inclusive of any handicap adjustment. In the event of a void selection within a mix parlay (accumulator) bet, the voided selection is removed from the accumulator and the remaining selections are settled at adjusted combined odds. A mix parlay requires a minimum of two valid non-void selections to stand.

8.3 Casino and Live Casino

All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of Live Casino titles, by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers in licensed studios. rk444 does not manipulate game outcomes. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game round, the result will be determined by the game server log and settled accordingly. Players are advised to maintain a stable internet connection during live sessions.

8.4 Errors and Manifest Mistakes

In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrectly quoted odds, mislabeled markets, or technical malfunctions causing erroneous payouts — rk444 reserves the right to correct the error, void the affected bet, and recover any funds paid out in error, even if those funds have been partially withdrawn. We will make every reasonable effort to notify affected Players promptly.

9. Responsible Gaming

rk444 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices. We provide the following tools to help Players maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their Account settings or by contacting support. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration notifications to receive alerts after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a temporary self-exclusion (minimum 24 hours, maximum 12 months) or a permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the Account will be suspended and all marketing communications will cease.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying elapsed session time and net wagering activity are available on request.

10. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rk444 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform without human direction.
• Any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or exploitation of non-public information to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering, structuring of transactions to avoid detection thresholds, or any activity connected to the proceeds of crime.
• Collusion between Players to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes where the underlying transaction was legitimately completed.
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities to generate unearned credits or winnings.
• Creating or operating multiple Accounts, whether personally or on behalf of others.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration or KYC information.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the rk444 Platform — including but not limited to the rk444 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of rk444 or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of rk444.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rk444, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or connected to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized Account access due to your failure to secure your credentials.
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, server outages, third-party network failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
• Any delay or failure in processing a deposit or withdrawal caused by your bank, e-wallet provider, or payment network.
• Decisions made based on information displayed on the Platform that was subject to technical error at the time of viewing.
• Gambling losses sustained through normal gameplay, whether or not a bonus was active.

In any event, rk444's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total Real Money Funds held in your Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

13. Privacy & Data

rk444 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

14. Account Termination

14.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written request to our customer support team. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account (net of pending bonus wagering requirements) will be paid out to your verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

14.2 Termination by rk444

rk444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of this Agreement; suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity; provision of false registration information; or any activity that rk444 determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other Players. Upon termination for breach, any Balance attributable to bonus funds or winnings generated through prohibited activities will be forfeited.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law. In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact rk444's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. If an informal resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed arbitral body. Nothing in this clause limits rk444's right to seek emergency injunctive relief before any competent court.

16. Amendments to These Terms

rk444 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any provision of this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the amendment takes effect.
